Canadian soprano, Adria Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Music (voice) from Brock University, St. Catharines, ON, Canada. She has also studied voice with Joanne Hounsel at the Victoria Conservatory of Music, BC, Canada, and with Dr. Garry Gable at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK, Canada. She is currently studying with vocal coach Chris Gould, Borehamwood, Herts.

Adria has organized and performed in numerous recitals and concerts as a soloist in Canada and the UK. Recitals performed include: a solo concert of Edvard Grieg's music in Norwegian, a recital of French art songs and arias and numerous sacred recitals. As well, Adria has sung in the Cambridge Philharmonic Society Chorus, the Queens' College Chapel Choir, Cambridge, and performed in the chorus of the recent Southgate Opera production of “The Geisha”.

Adria has taught vocal tuition for the past ten years. As well as teaching private vocal tuition, she also works for the Hertfordshire Music Service as an animateur (teaching singing curriculum to primary children), teaches singing tuition for the Hertsmere Academy of Dance and Performing Arts, and also serves as the choir director and cantor for St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Borehamwood.
